Our Team
Spearheaded by Dr. Collins, members of our amazing team consists of individuals around the world who are committed to helping others and truly believe in a Global community. They are Change Agents involved in all things media with the purpose of making the world better and helping to give those marginalized, including women, children, those in need and and communities a chance for a better life. We work within our Mission, Calling and Purpose of a Higher Purpose and turn them into action.
Our History
As President of WCMIF, I view the world as one multicultural, enormous family of Inclusion, I work with amazing "family members" on our team and the work of agents profiled on WCMIF help to make positive Transformational change through all things media for the good of children and underprivileged and underrepresented communities of all humanity, locally and across the World.
Our Mission & Purpose
As World Changers, we are a Public Charity Community Based nonprofit organization that works for the Social Good of Humanity.
- Our Mission is to play a major role in making the world a more loving and empowering place of Diversity, Equity, Belonging and Inclusion with Power. We seek to Empower, Include and Transform situations, individuals, communities that are underrepresented, underprivileged and underserved on the local level and across the world.
- Our Purpose is to train and educate underprivileged youth on how to use their voices with power to explore solutions and bring attention to SDGs, food, education, security, clothing, shelter.
The foundational purpose of our organization is to teach and empower youth to tell their authentic stories. From authentic tribal sounds, to stories told by young documentarians, children storytellers, or aspiring journalists, WCMIF works to support those in need and to create platforms for voices that need to be heard and included in the global narrative.
The Hope of the WCMIF family is to make a lasting positive difference and impact for humankind and their communities through Transformational education using Media. There is Healing in Storytelling and we believe that everyone has purpose, value and deserves love.

The African International Documentary Festival Foundation (AFIDFF) is a premier organization founded on the ideals of discovering and promoting young, talented, under privileged journalist and documentary producers to global prominence. I am proud and honored to say that I was the former President, working with the formidable Madame Malame Musa Ngamariju, Director General, and together we worked to create and develop this wonderful organization as Co-Founders.
