Anyone can feel marginalized or silenced or oppressed in their lives. This website of Inclusion was created in a way that represents how stories can be covered and included in the media, that includes everyone. Hear My Voice Online is "A Central Location for De-Marginalizing the Marginalized" whoever you may be. 

AFiDFF promotes young, talented, underrepresented and undiscovered storytellers while showcasing Africa's rich cultural heritage and history.

Addressing issues of injustice, poverty, health disparities, racial identity, victories and other important elements in transformational ways while providing a form of entertainment. 

Teaching Without Borders with Active Centralized Empowerment is a newly published book of inclusion based on 18 years of research by Dr. Janice Marie Collins. Using this Critical Pedagogy helps to de-marginalize classrooms, learning spaces, teachers, subjects and students by addressing the walls that are counterproductive to achieving a fully inclusive environment.  

This pedagogy and book as a resource has been used in classrooms in the U.S. and other countries and can be used in learning spaces across the Globe. 

 A.C.E.ing it is about creating a space of love, kindness, respect, dignity, belonging and inclusion with power. It is a space where All people are encouraged to be their best self while working on character building that is productive and constructive rather than destructive. It is a space where individuals work as a collective to make this world a better, more educated place where everyone can exist and thrive! Everyone has equal opportunity to flourish and gain self-esteem, confidence and value by helping others and knowing and feeling that they matter. It is a space of Unity rather than Division. It is Fully Inclusive. It's ACE Activated!

The stories on this website act as examples of the teaching tool of Inclusionary Storytelling within a collective. These stories that were created in Active Centralized Empowerment Learning spaces allows for the full participation of underrepresented students as well as students found in the majority as a collective. This teaching tool enhances and develops not only a healthy respect for inclusion, but for diversity and transformational leadership as well.

It takes a rainbow of individuals to make the world a better place, but your healing must begin with you. I encourage you to engage in Active Centralized Empowerment and view yourself, your struggles and your opportunities in a different light. An autoethnography series/documentary that takes you on a journey to help answer the question, does the “knowing” of ones’ DNA connection of African Americans to Africa really matter, and if so, how does this knowledge affect self-identity and location? In short...the answer is Yes! This knowledge matters. This unique piece of creative endeavor extends the research profiled in the popular program, "Finding my Roots" hosted by Dr. Henry Louis, Gates, Jr.,  the film "Bound" and "Passport to Sierra Leone" produced by Isaiah Washington. Viewers are educated on the challenges, triumphs, and healing aspects of reconnecting to ones’ ancestral lineage physically, geographically, emotionally and spiritually, as it happens step by step. This docuseries was picked up by the largest television and satellite/online network in all of Africa, the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA). Their programming has an audience reach that extends into the U.K., U.S., Canada and all of Africa.
