The Foundations of WCMIF storytelling consists of promoting young, talented, under-represented/under-discovered storytellers, journalists and documentary producers to a global prominence, while showcasing the rich cultural heritage and history of North America, Africa, Asia, South America, Antarctica, Europe and Australia. As a major part of these creative endeavors, it is important that indigenous and authentic voices are included and heard.
